I observer the parttern -Pay attention where is the Tonic or Root - What string and what fret it on
I than advance to the Cage system - I put up the tempo to maximum - I listen to the Cage system over and over again
As i train my ears and singing with the Cage system.
I then go back and re-set tempo to the most comfortable spped which i make less or not at all errors.
Paitently I practice this drill until I do not need to look at the fretboard and able to play my lessons on my own.
As I get better, I increase the tempo for faster speed and start my drill.

When I get really good, I start playing the pattern in randomly as how I feel and what mood I am in
I created my own licks.
Depend how quick you learn - It took me about a week to learn new lesson.
